Will customers be emailed even if they didn't enter their email?
Cart Keeper can only email customers who have previously created an account, or who entered their email at checkout before abandoning. Anonymous visitors with no email on record won't be emailed.
What happens when a customer completes their purchase?
The moment a customer completes their order, Cart Keeper immediately stops any pending emails for that cart. Customers will never receive a recovery email after buying.
Can I customise the email sender name and address?
